I owe much more than this review to our amazing realtor, Theresa! But I will do my best to sum up our wonderful experience with her here. Theresa was knowledgeable and reliable throughout the entire listing and post-sale process. She took a genuine and personal interest in our home, and was committed to ensuring a stress-free closing. She noticed and really knew how to accentuate all the details of our home that would really ensure success on the market! (including reshooting photos when the pale blues in our home didn't show up as beautifully as they should have to start!) This is our second time using Theresa and honestly we will always use Theresa in any of our real estate dealings. She is easily the top realtor in the valley. Her response time is so fast. I’m actually worried she has her phone on her too much! She researches everything and she knows how to write a contract. She’s on top of everything from the lender to the escrow agents.
