- current resident of 4.5 months - improper timeline expectations for amenities (couldn’t access mailbox for first two months, grills still not hooked up, still no EV station, no children’s play area) - extreme construction project due to a builder’s oversight (rushed to slap it together without foresight on drainage codes, no access to garages for over a month due to this). On the fourth month of living here they decided to entirely rip up and repave the areas in front of the garages - loud machinery, quaking apartment, litter and butts strewn about. Random beams and poles scattered, large equipment and no parking available on the property. We did enjoy living here for a year. But be warned, when you move out you will be charged a "standard cleaning fee" which is automatically taken from your deposit, regardless of what condition the apartment is left in (ours was spotless). I've rented many other places and have never had this happen before. In addition, I've been moved out for several months and still have not gotten my deposit back despite multiple emails and calls back and forth. Disappointed with the unprofessionalism...

During our one year at the Quinci, we were lucky enough to experience minimal maintenance-related issues as it was a brand new build. One of the island lights didn’t have the casing for a bulb to screw into, and unfortunately this took six emails, over eight months to get fixed. The parking situation is not ideal for guests, as there are only ~10 spaces available for guest use for a large number of units. Furthermore, upon move out, we were charged a $100 cleaning fee, and $150 for touch up paint, despite us cleaning throughly, and painting the touch up areas. The maintenance man also thanked us directly for getting paint, and stated that we only needed to touch up with the white paint, which we did, and trim and other areas would be taken care of by him free of charge. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this townhouse complex! The property is beautifully maintained, safe, and welcoming. The homes are spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it such a comfortable place to live. A special shoutout to Brian he went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. He was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions with patience, and made me feel truly taken care of throughout the entire process. His professionalism and kindness made all the difference!
