The maintenance staff are very helpful and reassuring. David helped fix my range and was super responsive with work orders. He was incredibly polite and professional for all requests. He offers flexibility when it comes to residents and tends to their needs all the time, while taking time to make sure everything is running smoothly before leaving. Huge thanks to David and the maintenance staff at Theory for making life here so much easier!

Had a tour with Starr and I must say it was a great experience overall. The apartment is a little ducked off but it’s perfect because it’s a more private and a little less loud compared to other apartments closer to the university. What really took me away was the modern design in the apartments oh and can’t forget the amenities. There’s a really nice gym with EVERYTHING you need as well as an amazing pool on the top floor with a large screen for watching movies!

We put in a maintenance request for our dryer, and David came the very next day. He was great! He had it working again with no problem. He was super respectful, kind, and easy to talk to. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. He got the job done quickly and made sure everything was working before he left. Overall just a really smooth, positive experience. We really appreciate him!

As a parent searching for student housing for my daughter, this process can feel overwhelming. but Starr truly made it so much easier. She was helpful, patient, and very reassuring throughout every step. While we are still waiting on my daughter’s acceptance letter from UF and can’t make a final decision just yet, we are extremely pleased with the community, amenities, and overall environment. Everything we’ve seen so far makes me feel confident and comfortable considering this as her future home. Because of the positive experience we’ve had, I will definitely be recommending this community to friends whose children are preparing for college. Went to Theory to look for a place to stay when starting at UF in the fall. Starr was so welcoming and helpful going over all my options. I’m moving from out of state so the whole idea of moving has been stressful. After my visit here I feel more confident and comfortable about the move. She was able to answer all my questions and provide helpful insight about the area. I’ve done lots of tours in the area and don’t typically leave reviews but I couldn’t help but give her a shoutout. If you are looking for a place in the area I highly recommend checking this place out and asking for her. I decided to make this place my new home I just need approval form UF first!
