The Yards Luxury Living | Walker's Point

Very nice apartment, extremely well located. Walking distance from third ward, numerous brunch places, restaurants, coffee shops and bars within a 5 min walk. Easy parking. The amenities are great with all you need: indoor parking, mail room, gym, community room and terrace. The “studios” still have a wall partition between the bedroom and living room. Water pressure is good. Common spaces are very clean. Highly recommended

The Yards is an awesome place to live. It’s quiet and comfortable. They clean the lobby regularly and keep all areas clean. Management is always on top of it, and any questions or repairs are always completed in a timely manner. Been here for two years now and have absolutely love it. 😃

I’ve been a resident at the Yards going on two years and couldn’t be happier with the living experience. The management team is accomodating, helpful, and very easy to work with. The maintenance team addresses work orders within hours of them being submitted and maintains an exceptional quality of work. Overall five star experience with both the staff and the property itself.

I recently moved in to The Yards and have been very pleased with everything so far! The apartments are absolutely beautiful, with smart layouts that maximize the spaces. The management team here has been one of the best parts of living at the community. They are kind, understanding and truly want the best for each us....it really shows! Communication is prompt, moving in was a breeze, and anything needed is taken care of within very timely fashion. I am excited to call this place my new home.

I’ve lived at the Yards for almost two months now, and I have had a pleasant experience. Although in the beginning I experienced towing problems, as mentioned in some others’ comments, Bevan and Emily could not have been more helpful in making the situation right. Both Bevan and Emily are incredibly friendly and make living here so enjoyable. Additionally, there is excellent community in the building. I have no complaints about my unit itself or the building; the unit was very clean when I moved in, and the building is well maintained. I plan to continue to live here.
