The Yards at 3 Crossings

My wife and I are thrilled to be moving into the Yards apartments next month. We toured multiple apartment complexes in the city and this was far and away the best. The location on the river is beautiful and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff has been extremely welcoming. Derrick went out of his way to make the process stress free and seamless. He gave a fantastic tour and even helped us plan the best lease strategies for our cross country move. We highly, highly recommend The Yards!

My experience at the Yards was great. I lived here for 2 years and never wanted to leave! The apartment itself, management, and the amentities were great. The management and front desk staff are super friendly, responsive, and understanding. Derrick and Alex do everything to make sure you are happy here. We had to break our lease due to a location/job change and management did everything possible to make this a smooth transition for us. We rarely had any issues with our apartment and maintenence was very quick to respond. It truly is a community here and there are lots of longterm residents. Management puts on a lot of events for residents, so there is always something to look forward to. The gym, pool, coffee machine, and access to the river trail were our favorite amentities. From the moment we reached out, Derrick was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. I cannot rave enough about The Yards at 3 Crossings. In addition to the unequivocal beauty, elegance, and convenience of the property, the level of service and expertise we received from Josh, Derrick, and Alex was absolutely phenomenal! Our situation was rather more complex than the norm. I was in search of a handicap accessible unit for my father who spent the last 2 months in the hospital. He needed a temporary location closer to the city to get the medical attention he so desperately needed. We were only days away from him being discharged; Not only was The Yard able to offer short and long term lease options, the units were absolutely superb and super conducive to my Dad’s healing process.
