The Woods of Conroe by Centex

What I love about my home is that the floor plan is simple, yet it has sufficient storage closets for my 3 children and I. Our small home is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood access to two major highways and I have wonderful neighbors! Also, as a family we can either walk or ride our bikes on our neighborhood sidewalk and go to my children’s favorite place, our very own neighborhood park! Yay! My favorite part of my home is my backyard! My children and I are blessed to live in a lovely neighborhood and a beautiful home🙏🏼♥️✝️

Brandon as a sales manager was great to work with. Zach as the warranty specialist ensured high quality standards were upheld and followed through to ensure we were completely satisfied with Centex. Even the company we hired to do our inspection had nothing but glowing reviews when we asked them how Centex compared to their competitors. Furthermore I can't believe how energy efficient our home is. I am saving a lot of money. Buying a Centex home was the best decision I could have made.

The construction supervisor still remembers my name and we chat anytime I see him. Safety - I've never felt more safe in a community. There was a kid that left their bicycle at the little playground area for three days, and it was not stolen. Our neighbors have been exceptional as well. There is also now a Montgomery County Sheriff living right down the road from the show house, on Lost Timbers. Amenities - There are currently not many amenities. Brandon in the sales office, Chris the construction manager and Zach the Customer Care Manager, were all great to work with. They were all very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. I love my home, the layout is perfect for my family. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

We have been looking to build in this neighborhood for months. After Brandon left, we were trying to work with Josh in the sales office. He was very nice when we met him and very knowledgeable about the house plans. We were finally ready to pull the trigger on picking out a lot and made the appointment to go over the house plans and additions. We show up to our appointment and no one is in the office. We wait 15 minutes and then call to ask where Josh is. Come to find out no one showed up to work that day and they couldn't get anyone to come into the office to help us... ON A SATURDAY after we had a confirmed appointment that was set a week in advance. We were very disappointed. We also didn't hear anything after that fact. Very unprofessional.
