We resided in the Wood of Cherry Creek for a duration of 4 years without any notable incidents. The neighborhood boasts a serene atmosphere with lush greenery. One of the standout features of this residence is the dedicated staff, particularly Paige and the Maintenance personnel, who go above and beyond to address any concerns promptly. The amenities such as the gym and swimming pool are well-maintained. This was our initial choice of residence upon relocating to Kansas and will always hold a special place in our hearts. We are grateful for the efforts that have enhanced our overall living experience.

I lived at The Woods of Cherry Creek for 3 years and loved my experience. The attached garages, ample storage, spacious floor plan, and customized accent wall colors were all things that made this place feel like home. The maintenance team was one of the best teams I have worked with. They are knowledgeable, quick, and really kind people. These apartments are in a great location with a walking trail near by and is quiet. I will truly miss living here, and cannot say enough positive things about this complex and the people running it.

We’ve had a fantastic experience living at the Woods of Cherry Creek in Overland Park! The apartments are incredibly spacious, with plenty of storage, making it easy to feel at home. The amenities, including the pool, workout facility, and clubhouse, are a wonderful bonus and add so much value to living here. There’s a great sense of community and the office organizes fun events to bring everyone together with food, drinks and activities! What really sets this place apart, though, is the amazing staff and maintenance team. They go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly, and any request or concern is always handled promptly and with a smile. Highly recommend!

Just moved in and was able to rent the perfect floor plan for myself. Move in was smooth, staff is friendly, professional and the property is very well maintained. I love my apartment, it was freshly painted, clean, new appliances, alot of extra storage, carpet in great shape/clean. Amenities are really nice and it's very quiet and serene on this property. Happy to finally of moved here.

One the best apartments I have lived in. Maintenance response time is incredible, lived here for 3 years and the service always remained awesome. Most typical apartment amenities are included. Spacious 3 bedroom apartments with a large living area and high ceilings. Never had to deal with management for anything unnecessary. Quite neighborhood, good schools and location otherwise as well. If I were to mention a minor negative, it would be that the appliances can use an upgrade. Thank you Woods at Cherry Creek!
