The Woods at Windy Hill

Generally, I'm not one to write reviews, but I must thank Jessica Johnson, property manager, for an exceptional experience during my tour of The Woods At Windy Hill. Upon meeting Jessica (who has such a welcoming demeanor), I immediately felt comfortable. She took the time to explain the differences in the floor plans, the great leasing options available, and  the community/area as well. She really listened to gain an understanding of my relocation timeframe and what my preferences were. Jessica is also incredibly responsive; she went above and beyond to ensure all my questions and concerns were immediately answered and addressed. She is a dedicated professional, and I cannot say enough about the level of collaboration, expertise, and dedication of the entire staff. Jerry, the maintenance

There has been many changes since I moved into the woods at windy hill but i will say Jerry in maintenance and Jessica the property manager are amazing! Jerry is always quick to fix any issues and does great work. Jessica is very helpful, friendly, and always makes sure everything is taken care of. I really appreciate both of them for keeping everything running smoothly!

I’ve seen ALOT of changes in the leasing office while living here ALOT. With the most recent change in management I can say that Jessica has been the glue. She communicates effectively even when I don’t, she’s makes herself available, and she cares even though quite frankly she doesn’t have to. God sent I would say! Jerry on our maintenance team has been super professional, communicative, and works with efficiency! I truly appreciate the value they’ve added to our community.

I would just like to say that Jessica is by far the best property manager that the woods at Windy hill has had so far. She is very caring, understanding and VERY productive. She is very dependable and if she says she is going to get something done she does, you dont have to keep calling around to follow up on it. Thank you for all that you do. You have been making this community a better place. We appreciate you.

So we all know changes are common but I will say Jessica is a positive change ! She is super nice and very informative about the community. She is knowledgeable on the community and things to do in the surrounding area. I am happy to have crossed paths with her while looking for a new home due to relocation for work! Wish I could give more than 5 stars just off of her wonderful customer service alone!
