The Woods at Polaris Parkway Apartments & Townhomes

I’ve been here 8 years. Doing very well. Love the location better than any place I’ve lived. The complex is very well managed and maintained. The employees have been great and the service organizations have been very professional. Responses to any issues inside my place have been excellent.

I lived here for 2 years and although we liked the place and really enjoyed the maintenance crew as they were very responsive I did have a few issues with the leasing office employees. There was an issue getting my security deposit back and terrible communication that led to us not receiving our deposit back for well over a month and this was only because I called and left voicemails and sent multiple emails. I also requested multiple times to get corporates number to escalate the situation but they would not give me it. Amy and Alicia were unprofessional in how they handled this situation and it needs improvement.

Peaceful and well managed. Anything that needs fixed has been done within an hour. All the staff members are extremely friendly and carry themselves well. I find it amazing how clean the whole area is kept.

Most people only leave reviews when they are angry, but I am a firm believer in giving credit when credit is due! The customer service has so far been the best experience I have ever had! In all my years of renting it seems like the leasing agent has always dropped the ball. Not here! Laura helped me choose my new home and made me feel very important. She is a very nice and patient lady. I had a lot of questions and she was always quick with a response whether it was by phone or email. We found a home that works for my budget and I got to pick and choose my upgrades. I love my new townhouse and the location! The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and my neighbors are awesome! I am very happy to be home! Thank you guys for turning this experience from something I was dreading into a great one!

Me and my mom came to look for an apartment this weekend and Kailee helped us she was very good with communicating and helping us finding a home we will be applying we loved the woods at Polaris !
