Shout out to the best property manager, Rafael. He provided clear and excellent customer service when my partner and I visited the community as potential move-ins. Before considering Brix as our potential community, we drove around the property several times and on different occasions. We ran into Rafael a couple of times; and His efforts to not only maintain the front office but also get into the field and help around had us amazed by his work ethic. Although, we did not move into the property due to an unexpected employment opportunity for my husband, we appreciated Rafael’s help!

I can honestly say that Evenecer is the best maintenance worker this place has ever had. He is reliable, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. No matter the issue, big or small he handles it quickly and with great attention to detail. You can tell he truly cares about the work he does and the people he helps. His friendly attitude and strong work ethic have made such a positive difference here. We’re lucky to have him!

This community is always so well taken care of, and the maintenance team is amazing! Huge shout-out to our maintenance supervisor, Evenecer—he really knows his stuff, is always willing to help, and goes above and beyond with his customer service. We truly appreciate all that you do!
