So you need an appointment to visit but you can't make an appointment without calling first then you call for a week without end and nobody answers. How do you even get new residents??? update: told me ACTUALLY send an email. Maybe put that on the sign on your door and don't be misleading. I emailed and they still haven't responded. Basically nobody can contact them at all. Ever. Will be finding upper management in this situation.

They charged way too match I vacated the apartment with only normal wear and tear, and I took steps to ensure the property was in good condition upon my departure. In fact, I have a video recording of the apartment before I handed it over as proof of its condition. Additionally, I have yet to receive my security deposit of $1200, which I was expecting to be returned to me as per our lease agreement. I kindly request an explanation for this delay, as well as an itemized breakdown of any charges that may be affecting my deposit or the alleged outstanding balance.

2016 I had a security guard break into my car when I first moved in, and dug up a piece of mail he found in my car to write a note on it. The note was asking me to please keep my car door closed. First of all, i never left my door open! When i called the office to report this happening the manager at the time told me there's no way their security would do that. They took no responsibility and didn't even apologize. I even sent a pic of the note to them. I came across the security a few days later and asked him about it myself he admitted to it and apologized. June 2017...Now our entire apartment inside and outside is infested with millipedes..if you've never seen one they are disgusting.
