I strongly do not recommend renting an apartment here. The maintenance is absolutely terrible, except for a few workers who actually try to help. The office staff are useless — they keep making promises and never follow through. To get anything done, you have to constantly visit them, write messages, and push for action. Since summer, they haven’t been able to replace or fix the broken dishwasher, so I have to wash half of the dishes by hand. Then, they did some repairs in the apartment above mine, and because of their staff’s mistake, my unit got flooded. The dryer broke, they replaced it with an old one that created even more problems — huge amounts of moisture and mold in just one week. All of this happened within only four months! Don't rent here, you're not safe. Leasing agents have made a habit of letting unknown vendors into apartments without notice (violating the terms of their own lease); the first time locking my special needs cat in a room with no food, water, or litterbox "to keep him from getting out" to perform routine maintenance - except they left him in there until I got home from work and found my floors damaged and property rearranged from where I'd left it. I still don't know how long my cat was locked in there for, but with his condition, they could have killed him and all I got was "I'm sorry, we're human, we forget sometimes." You have to put your banking information on an app or you cannot pay rent. They mass punish tenets for garbage they hadn't placed there. The place is littered with cameras, so you'd think they could track down who left garbage out. The office staff do not communicate well with tenants. After there was mold discovered in numerous units, they did not communicate with tenets resulting in me being woken up by a clean up crew and Isaac (property manager) without any prior notifications.

OFFICE STAFF UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE !!! I’ve lived here 3 years this is the worst front desk lady we’ve had . Always has an attitude. There is no one to talk to , they can’t give you anyone’s contact info . I pay way too much in rent for me to always have to get attitude when I call my office !

RENTER BEWARE!!!!! I’ve been here 5 years and now it’s time to speak out. Posting under a fake name in fear of retaliation (that’s how they work here)… One of the buildings has had 2 fires in the last 2 years…And the mold problem is out of control. Just check the report on YouTube from the local news station. No amenities: the gym/office/lounge/business area has been closed pretty much since I moved in. Basketball hoop is tilted. Dog park isn’t a park is just a small, fenced in, unkept, muddy area. Tennis court is unusable. The entire grounds is mud and they’re behind on ALL payments for the landscapers so the grass is always out of control. Basically haven’t been able to use ANY of the advertised amenities.
