The Woodlands at Western Branch

New community with friendly office staff. Still under construction and hasn't appeared on all GPS applications. The layout of the community being spilt is odd, but the area is quiet with convenience nearby.

I was looking forward to potentially living here. However, I had a very disappointing experience. I called two weeks ago to ask about availability this summer. I was told there would be 3 models ready by July, they would be upper 100s as the website states, and that their "highest was sold for $214." The agent said I would receive a call back with more information. A week goes by, it's now Tuesday and I never received a call so I reached out again. I asked if I could get on a wait-list if they have one. The agent then tells me I'll receive an exact price by the end of the week. She even asked me about my lender. I told her Navy Fed and I told her my pre-approval limit. She said that will be perfect and she believes I will have a contract soon. Friday 4:00 p.m., and I'm still waiting to hea
