The Woodlands at Conway

This place is horrible, moved in May 15th and left May 25th due to it not being cleaned out before I moved in, nails and holes still in the walls, dirty bathrooms, outside deck not safe and finished so it resulted im me not spending ONE night there (im a night shift nurse and don’t wanna be asleep when random people coming in to fix issues when it should’ve been completed before move it) and they didn’t give any money back. Make sure to check everything before sending them any money. Also the place is more of a lower income community, this is not a safe place to stay. Very displeased would not recommend this place to anyone, I’m from out of town so I wish I knew the area before hand too. Would rate 0 but no option.

Apartments need to be painted outside. Doors allow insects into apartments. Maintenance speaks little English. Maintenance is hard to contact .

This place is One of the most disgusting apartment complexes I have ever lived in. Every apartment is roach infested. The neighborhood itself is disgusting nobody cleans up after themselves, management is absolutely awful. LOOK ELSE WHERE !
