The maintenance team is awesome. Alex and Mike always provide excellent customer services. They are always very responsive and get things fixed asap. When they fix stuff, you can tell they are professional and they care. Very impressive.

Great place to live! I have been living here for 2 years and absolutely love it! It was my first apartment and it couldn’t have been any better of an experience. Anytime I had a maintenance request they were so quick to resolve it. Every time I have worked with the management it has been a great experience. They are very accommodating and always looking to help. The location is fantastic and it is a nice and quiet atmosphere. I love it so much I will be moving into a bigger unit instead of moving to a different complex!

We lived at the Woodlands Apartments for over 4 years. We were stellar tenants. We Complied with all of the rules and regulations, and there are many. We always paid our rent on time, even through the pandemic. Our rents were never reduced during this time, despite maintenance lessened, the gym being closed and pool time limited. When We first moved in, Fran the property Manager, was kind and responsive. About 2 years later, Rossetti Properties who owns The Woodlands, hired Christina. For the past 2 and a 1/2 years, she has been unkind and unresponsive. She did not respond timely to questions or issues. We requested trimming a tree in front of our apartment, that’s branches were hovering over our cars and dangerous and were told a hard no. We moved out to buy a home. Upon the move out in

I moved in here in September and can’t say enough good things about this place! From my viewing to lease signing to moving in was seamless and the property manager incredibly helpful. It is a quiet and private neighborhood tucked away in a residential community, very little traffic, always lots of parking, safe, well priced, well taken care of, fast snow removal,and great square footage apartments. It is perfect for me! I love my 1bd/1bath, couldn’t live without my walk in closet or in unit washer dryer or my private patio. I’ve only needed one maintenance request (drain stopper for kitchen sink) and it was dropped off by maintenance in less than 24hours. I see some negative reviews here and I can't help but think they're from people who had bad experiences and are just looking to lash out. I'm still living here and thus far I'm VERY happy with my experience. Maintenance is friendly and fantastic at their job, I've had my central air and my heater go out (separate events) and both times the issue was solved within the day, in fact every time I've called them they've had the issue resolved before the end of the day. They're prompt with snow removal and keep the place looking great in the summer as well. The property IS right next to the Northway and airport, however inside the apartment neither can be heard, and in my 2 years here I've yet to hear my neighbors.
