Please read and listen to all the reviews. I did not, and I regretted it every day that I lived in this community. Overall, I cannot discourage you enough from renting here. The price is simply not worth the issue you will face. The buildings are roach infested; you cannot fully get rid of them because the full complex has this problem. It is an infestation, not your own personal doing. I had pest control come every month, and even they said that they have to treat this community daily and that there was no permanent solution. I have always lived on the ground floor in Florida, but I have never encountered a problem like this before. The community itself is disgusting and unkempt. Don’t move into these apartments. Moved into the apartment with the flooring having water damage / probably mold under that and it never got fixed throughout the whole year. Roach issues, barely got things fixed and when they did it would take a good amount of time to get something fixed. Just moved out and they charged for the flooring $400 (i understand furniture moving and tearing up that cheap vinyl flooring but $400 for 1 tear+ extra?! Can’t ever get in contact with them.

I have called the woodlands home for a long time . The new renovations are very nice new doors and windows the out side looks so much better. My maintenance request are always answered. In a timely manner Jimmy, Angel and Carlos are wonderful. Katie and Alex in the office are always extremely helpful and Benjamin. The property manager is always available for any questions and always helps if you need something done immediately.

If you live in this mold & mildew, roach infested dilapidated apartments and they haven't started construction on your building yet. Get out now while you have the chance. You have been warned ⚠️!! Unless you enjoy breathing in large amounts of dust and people beating on your walls from 7am-7pm mon-Sat. I wouldn't be surprised if they got hurricane relief money from the government even though they didn't need it..

Maybe once the "renovations" are finished they'll be better. But the post office won't deliver packages, the neighbors are loud 24/7 and maintenance is incompetent. I won't be staying another year
