This building is way too new to be having some of the issues it has. Such as theft. First of all it’s cameras all throughout this building. If people are stealing , management should be able to see who. Next of all hot water. The hot water should get hot all throughout the day. Not just a. Couple times throughout the week. Lastly, this building is across the street from the projects, but not the projects. Therefore, people shouldn’t place items in the lobby stating “free” people shouldn’t be downstairs begging for money or harassing tenants for money! It’s an over price project at this point!

This building turned out to be a very disappointing place to live. When I moved in, I spent almost two months without hot water. On top of that, there were several power outages during my lease, including late at night when I couldn’t even get back into my apartment because the access system failed. The building’s door and security system is highly unreliable—most weeks it only works a few days, and at one point management simply stopped locking the front door, which made the property feel unsafe. Management service is also unprofessional. Staff once scolded me for messaging them at night, even though the reason was that I had no electricity and couldn’t enter my home. Work orders are often ignored; my bathroom light was never repaired the entire time I lived there, and peeling paint was

There is a unit on the 12th floor. I don’t know the number , but as soon as you walk off elevator it’s to the left. If they are not smoking weed they are burning food/wax. Then when the fire marshals confront them, they say it’s something that needs to be fixed. Like this is overwhelming. I will not be renewing my lease. What was the purpose of having a damn interview to move in , if management was just going to allow anyone to move in!

When I first moved in, things seemed fine (though I was oddly interviewed over Zoom, not sure how legal that is in New York). But after the second wave of residents arrived, the problems began. Common areas turned into party spots, kids ran through the halls nonstop, and police became frequent visitors. Marijuana was openly smoked in the gym and shared spaces. The laundry room was constantly dirty despite the super and housekeeper working hard, and the rooftop grills never worked. Worst of all, management was unresponsive unless the issue involved money. To top it off, my lease renewal was $200 higher than what they were advertising for the same apartment on Zillow, and that’s on top of paying for parking. I of course rejected it, given the poor living conditions and inflated price. I gue

If you’re looking for a “luxury” building, do not bother with this place. The pretty view and new construction does not make up for the fact that 50% of the building are now filled by tenants on lower income housing vouchers. It’s gotten loud, dirty, and now unsafe given the countless times NYPD have been called for incidents in lobby. Front doors with “video doorman” constantly not functioning so the buildings doors are frequently open to wandering strangers and your packages walking off. Also the surrounding area is quite inconvenient and not walkable if you have any safety concerns. While there are plenty of new construction buildings on this street, the issues are similar. The close proximity to NYCHA Housing Buildings and literally zero restaurants outside of a Dunkin on the corner, a
