This place is terrible. I do not recommend even considering this place. They will nickel and dime you for everything with no justification at all. The valet trash service is a hassle and they only pick up the trash at night, which is not convenient at all. My roommates and I lived here for a little over a year and I have nothing positive to say. Our water heater was leaking while we were at work and flooded the apartment. There was water damage to the kitchen floor, sink, dishwasher and the carpet even leading to the rooms and bathroom. We didn’t have hot water for a week until they were able to replace the broken water heater. The water even flooded our downstairs neighbors apartment as well. Great service from the maintenance team! Alex quickly fixed the outlet in the main bedroom and also took care of a flickering bulb in the walk-in closet, even on the week end. He was professional, efficient, and very helpful. Really appreciate the prompt maintenance support!

The two maintenance guy (Nick and Jake) were so kind and explained detailed by detailed everything what we had issue with. They came back 3 times, and re-run and changed the washing machine to a new one, because it had an issue. Thanks a lot for their patience! :) Since we ve just moved in to this very nice community. Tatyana and Jessica from the office were so helpful, I trully appreciate their help too.
