What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional management team: Richard, Kortnee, Callie, Gary, and Eder. After residing here for eight months, I encountered a drainage issue caused by a recent storm. Remarkably, within 24 hours, the maintenance team sprang into action, replacing damaged drains and landscaping despite the heavy rain and lightning. They completed the task within 48 hours. I must extend my sincere praise to Eder in maintenance for his exceptional service and quick response to the community’s needs. My only critique is the absence of recycling facilities, which is an issue that falls under the purview of the corporate office.

Toured here over the weekend and had a great experience. The leasing agent listened to all my needs and guided me toward the perfect unit! I signed my lease on the spot and am so excited to move in! Highly recommend touring here!

I have started the hunt for a new apartment and began with Cortland Windward where I had the pleasure of touring with Sierra! I must say that she set the bar very high for any other tours I will experience! Not only was she compassionate as to our situation but she knew the answer to every inquiry that I had and I had a lot! The model was beautiful yet not so much that it overwhelmed the outstanding feautures and quality of workmanship. I highly recommend checking this place out and hope you get Sierra! As I stated...fantastic customer service!

my experience here has been terrible from day one. When I received the keys to my “new” unit, I immediately discovered a roach problem. Because of the infestation and overall condition, I have never even moved in. I contacted management multiple times and received no response or assistance. My cousin even reached out on my behalf to try to resolve the issue, and still nothing was done. I have spent my own time and money trying to address the problem, with no support from the office. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Renters deserve a clean, livable home and responsive management — neither of which I experienced here. Please be aware before leasing.

I’ve had a very positive experience living at Cortland Windward. The community is well-maintained and has great amenities like a park, tennis courts, and a dog park. Manning Oaks Elementary School is within walking distance, and everything you need is nearby—Walmart, Costco, Indian stores, restaurants, and even a temple. The maintenance team is excellent. Special thanks to Eder Merzez, who always does his work neatly and professionally. Whenever I submit a request, the team usually arrives within 30 minutes, and the issue is resolved quickly, often within the same day during office hours. Overall, it’s a wonderful community with reliable services and a very convenient location. Highly recommend!
