The Windsor Apartments

Nice little property! I like having the modern kitchen and bathroom. Walkin showers are great. And they bundle my Internet.

I stayed at The Windsor Apartments for 6 months, and it was one of the most terrifying and unsafe experiences of my life. There were gunshots almost every night, and I was even attacked by a stranger on the property, which I had to report to the police. The environment is filled with unsafe activity and people roaming around at all hours, making it feel dangerous to live here. The laundry room is filthy, and the door often doesn’t open properly, which forced me to physically struggle with it every time I needed to wash clothes. The facilities are poorly maintained, and management is completely unresponsive and unprofessional. When I tried to move out, they attempted to charge me over $3,000, and a woman at the front office falsely claimed I damaged the apartment—which was a complete lie.

They made the movein process really easy. Having Google Fiber now is awesome!!

I recently moved into The Windsor apartments, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far! The apartments are beautiful and well-maintained. I want to give a special shout-out to Tanya, the new manager. She has been incredibly helpful in addressing my deferred maintenance request promptly and efficiently. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and their well-being, making a positive impact in our community. I appreciate how management takes a vested interest in keeping the property looking nice and ensuring that we feel valued as residents. If you're looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend The Windsor apartments!
