The Windsor Apartments

I am not a resident at The Windsor. However, I have helped my friends move in here twice now and I'm friends with residents here. This place is so beautiful from an architectural and historical point of view that it hurts 😭❤️ The courtyard garden is taken care of so well! The apartments I have seen are beautiful and spacious, yet cozy. Elevators are a godsend, especially for moving. In the basement, washing and drying machines that take card??? Amazing! The parking lots have just enough spots for every resident to live here it seems which is very nice. During the Blizzard of 2022, my apartment on Elmwood lost power, heat, and even water. My friend and I trudged through the blizzard to make it to The Windsor to stay with my friends that live here, as this was one of the few places in the

I love living at The Windsor! They are very efficient with answering emails and maintenance requests. They plow the parking lot immediately in the winter, and maintain the court yard in the summer. Eric and Shirley in the office are very friendly and accommodating. The apartment is also beautiful, spacious, and well maintained.

I love this place! When Eric, the property manager, took me on my tour (looking at the different floor plans), you could close your eyes, and picture bygone days, romantic walks in the gardens...yup The Windsor has a courtyard and gardens, of the ladies and gentlemen going about their business or just returning home. This place is historical...built in the 30s as luxury apartments. I am so glad I chose to stay here and cannot wait to start my new life adventure in Buffalo and at The Windsor! ❤️

Perfect location to Elmwood Village, and lucked out finding this apartment. Needed to move from outta state and could not find a place that was fine without an in person tour until Eric helped us out. He walked through with a local friend and made the stress of moving so much less. Not to mention the apartments themselves are very well maintained and spacious. Been here over a year and enjoying it.

I've lived her three years and find the value for the location to be excellent. Any maintenance issues have been promptly and professionally resolved. The management team and maintenance crew are the best I've ever experienced in many years of apartment living across the U.S.
