The representative Ting - was very timely and extremely professional. He took the time to show me the unit and was fully transparent with any potential concerns. I really appreciated it and could make an informed decision about the apartment. When I moved in - the staff couldn’t have been nicer! The apartment was spotless. Highly recommend - lived in NYC for 30 years and have had a lot of apartment experiences.

Ting went way above and beyond! He patiently answered my questions -- and I had a never-ending stream of them through many phone calls -- even raising things I should know about the building that I didn't ask. I'm moving into the building sight unseen. He sent the unit diagram and then when I wasn't sure which of my furniture the space would accommodate, he sent me photos of a furnished unit on that line, and then got permission from the current tenants of my unit-to-be to take a video of the place furnished, so I could see what kind of light it gets and how much room there is next to the washer/dryer. So far, I love this place!

I remember this building from 40 years ago, was looking to see if anyone remembers Paul Adams who lived here in the 80s? He worked at Exxon Mobil and he was an Englishman good friend of mine. If you know anything please respond.

Apartments are spacious, modern, and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live in NY

I have been living here for five years. The building is beautiful and spotless (I NEVER saw a roach!! Virtually unheard of in Manhattan). Staff are super extraordinary...doormen, maintenance and superintendent are all so kind and responsible. Any needed repairs (rare) are attended to promptly. Roof is spectacular, fitness room is very adequate. My apartment became somewhat noisy being on a lower floor facing the front of the building where I am facing construction. But I have not had any inter-apartment noise to speak of. Wonderful place to live.
