I haven't had a worse experience in my life with regard to housing. No matter how pristine you leave your unit and how meticulously you abide by your lease, this company will try it's best to keep your deposit. They cut corners and they don't deliver on their promises. I'm stunned there's any positive reviews whatsoever, and I wouldn't be surprised in the least little bit if they take some of that deposit money to buy reviews. Dishonesty doesn't look good on anyone, and every matter with this company has been a fight every step of the way. You've been warned!

The Wilson is one of favorite places I have ever lived. I actually renewed my lease for my studio because of that. It has a gorgeous rooftop view, is conveniently located in the middle of the action on Market Street, and I am in love with the architecture of my own unit. Textured walls, high ceilings, wood floors and nice surfaces. It’s so cozy and nice, l never even see a single spider. 🙃

The Positives: 1. The moveout cost was reasonable. Every apartment mgmt company in the state is going to charge you cleaning fees, no matter how nice you left the apartment, legal or not. 2. The location is convenient IF you take public transit, as it sits directly on the MUNI F line, and is super close to Powell Street Station. Also, Taxi's can use Market Street, so if you love Taxi's, they will stop directly in front for you. You will be like royalty, like the Queen of England getting into that Taxi. Uber and Lyft however...that's another story. 3. The apartment interiors are updated and modern. The amenities are cheap, but nice. Personally, I had few problems with the appliances or plumbing. The washer/dryer combo, well, just don't expect it to dry anything, without 6 hours of ear sp

The building itself is quite a gem. Beautiful tall windows and brick walls. Facing the market, you get to see all the action. Jezrel, the building manager, is a pretty cool guy who is very helpful with minor and major issues. The drawback is that the back street can get really bad in terms of people blocking the door, odors, and lots of drug usage—something you will have to get used to. It is better these days, but I wouldn't count on it staying clean.

Well-maintained and secure property! I truly can’t thank the building manager, Jezrel, enough. From day one, he was incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. Even during my early move-out process—something that can often be complicated—Jezrel went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Grateful for the experience!
