The Willows at Milford

Applied there two weeks ago, had a realtor come and ask if we could see one of the open rentals we were interested in. Got told they were on lunch for two hours... So we called two days later. Again they were on lunch for two hours. Realtor went by again just the other day to check and see if they even bothered with our application. They were "closed" and told to come back or try contacting them later.... Pointless :( really disappointed as I was trying to get some kind of answers since school is starting soon for my kid.

Applied about a year ago paid $100 application fee. Called about my application status & was told that they reached out to me & was unable to reach me so they were forced to move forward with applicants , expressed that I don’t recall speaking to anyone or getting any messages etc. But that I was still interested in the apartment but I was told that I would have to reapply & pay the application fee all over again which I feel is very unfair that we should have to pay all over again for a case of miscommunication. If they were moving forward with applicants my fee should of been returned to me.

Have a family member that lives here. Seems to be a very nice complex. They keep the property well maintained too. The townhouse are nice size and I think it would be a nice starter place for someone just starting out on their own.

I love the Willows especially when my manager Beverly is the best and Chris who does the maintenance is also great because he always comes to my rescue when ever I need help. I couldn't ask for anything else because I am in heaven living here

Beautiful development, interested in checking them out! I wonder if they have washer/dryers in the units or hook ups?
