The Willows at Jacobs Landing

While touring an apartment, I had a great experience touring this community! Natrellia was welcoming, and very knowledgeable. She took her time in answering all my questions and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. The property was clean, well-maintained, and felt like a place I could truly call home.

I called to get information about this historic place called Jacobs Landing which is named after a 2 Purple Hearts War Vet Hero, Jack Jacobs from Woodbridge, NJ. Sobeida, the Office Assistant was very professional and helpful with her World Class Customer Service that she provided. She put a smile on my heart, especially, doing these hard times that people are going through now. Dios Te Bendiga. Anthony W.

I been trying to add my name to the waitlist but every time I call and ask if I can fill out an application they say no because they not taking applications I said how would I know when the waitlist reopens if I don’t get notified from them

NOISE DISTURBANCES DAY AND NIGHT !!! This has been going on for a few yrs now. If you want your door kicked on all the time day and late at night from the bad kids that live here & the surrounding neighborhood children...then yes move here. If you want to feel like a normal human being that values respect without ghetto interactions with the residents children and parents then I suggest you don't move here. Overwhelming amount of complaints to the management nothing is never done about these nuisance and disrespectful acts ! This is another form of tenant harassment too. I was just told several times to call the cops...of course nothing is still done about this issue. If your a quiet tenant who likes peace and quiet and pay your rent on time...then don't move here !! If I could give this place ZERO stars, I totally would! My family and I been through a long agonizing process of getting into this place. At first things looked so promising that we were told to give our current landlord notice to move out. Not only do we now have to leave our current residence but Jacob’s landing has been taking us through the ringer and discriminating against us. It’s been over 2 months and now it looks like we might be homeless. Staff is incompetent and cold. No matter how many complaints and pleas we’ve made, NO ONE at Jacob’s landing is willing to help or simply return a phone call. Perhaps I need to reach out to the mayor.
