The Willows at Hartford Road

They sent me a letter about a 2 bedroom and told me they need 3 months of pay checks and the office person was having surgery and I sent the copies then she going to send a email she don't accept screenshot then tell me to email only then the next day she send me a email saying she gave the apartment to someone else terrible but something is not right with this and she would put my name back on the wait list and be ready next time not right but I have to talk to someone else. I can't let this go like this !!!

I have had nothing but positive interactions with this management staff. Today was my first interaction with maintenance /repair and am very impressed the two gentlemen were very professional and respectful they completed their task and left the area clean. You can tell that they take pride in their work. A WONDERFUL PLACE TO CALL HOME

There's something about this place I can't quite put my finger on. They office management doesn't communicate well about the availability of rental units. They are supposed to have units set aside for tax breaks for incomes below $150,000. And yet they seem to have a wait list, and no one's really moving into the property in almost 1 year. 🤔🤨 that's a lot of empty units going unlived in?? as an investigator and behavioral analyst, it appears something is going on beneath the surface. So, actually, although the property appears nice, I wouldn't live there if you paid me.

I don't know unless something changes I will change my rating but I have issue with giving all of the info that you have to give (w2's, 6months worth is bank statements, access to your account for proof, proof of e-file, proof of 401k etc) all of this access to your personal information and they tell you you are close on the list then you get excited just to get no more information. I have emailed several times asking what was going on because I was told that I was a backup applicant for a two bedroom. I gave them all the info they needed then they don't answer my question as far as what happened and if someone else took the place and they won't respond to the question. It's ashame getting people's hopes up and then as I said, not only that, you are trusting strangers with all of this pers

Still waiting for an answer for approval for this place one bedroom apartment ,I'm a 63 year old retired senior handicap born deaf and hard and have a small service 🐕‍🦺,he helps hear everything,doo knock ,phone ring alarm from stove oven any thing ,he barely ever barks just shows motions ,love kids very playful and loveable, my 🙏 prayers is live peacefully , all my furnitures are in storage 262.00 a month I get section 8 ,I have ppo coverage I barely pay nothing to medicare ,I get credit on my electric bill I had no electric bill for almost two years ,my only hope I getting this apartment!?
