If I could give negative stars I would. Looks beautiful but is built like tissue paper. Repairs are barely ever addressed and if so management is rude about it like it's your fault and not the poor construction. Probably only passed code inspections because it's a cash cow for the township. Even if you're paying more rent-stay where you're at, you'll regret living here like I do.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I have been one of the first few residents since the community opened. The community is constantly hiring unprofessional and rude property management. As per other reviews I can confirm that first hand. Maintenance is never taken care of I have been waiting for my Appliances to be fixed as well as my door. I am given Constant excuses why this cannot being completed or just being hung up on by the property manager. Property manager told me security cameras do not work outside our door and they are most likely never going to fix them. Rent is constantly raised yet no improvements are being made to help this community. Unfortunately, it is a really pretty complex but a horrible place to live. Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

My apt is a toxic garbage waste dump. Every spring/summer I get an infestation of maggots and flies in my apt. My house literally smells like hot wet garbage. It looks nice but it’s a card house. When you walk into my building you’re immediately greeted with the smell of garbage. Imagine waking up to hundreds of dead flies on your window sills, Or even worse stepping out of bed barefoot onto a maggot. Oh , I also have a patio that floods and creates a swamp like environment which in turn causes all sorts of bugs to migrate to my patio. Yeah this place looks beautiful but, looks are deceiving. The landlords aren’t good either. I rate this place the worst place to live in Monmouth county. Zero Stars given.

I moved in to this complex mid November and I love it here. Yes! They are still building but so far its peaceful and everything is coming along great. But with all this nasty weather I'm sure its making the job harder to finish. Hoping for the gym to be completed soon because summer time is right around the corner!!! The park looks great so far and the club house as well. Super excited to take my baby there. Also the staff members are great! Mellisa is a sweetheart.

Going on 3 years here, I was literally the first one to get keys here and it has mostly been positive. The apartments are very nice, especially for the price. The trail, park and small gym are a nice touch too. In recent months management has been an issue though, there will be constant emails sent out to you about what is not acceptable around the community like a principle instructing students. I had an extremely frustrating experience recently too where my holiday decorations (that were passed down to me from a deceased grandparent years ago) outside of my door were disposed of by staff without my knowledge or consent without even warning me to remove them. When I confronted staff I was told it was a violation of my lease even though I had put the same decorations out 2 years in a row
