The Willow

My family and I just moved in. Let me tell you April in the main office is a ROCK STAR!!!!! She is proficient professional sweet and goes out of her way to help with any and ALL concerns or worries. Bo the maintenance gentleman is so friendly and on top of things! So far Im extremely happy we found such a good community to become a part of. Thank you Willows and all that yall do.

We didn't end up renting at The Willow because we decided on a two-story floor plan at a much smaller community, but I want to give a shout out to Sandra. I researched several different apartment complexes in our search for a new home, and she was the only leasing agent who was both easy to reach and responsive to my questions and requests. The others were either impossible to reach by phone, took days to follow up by email or text, weren't on-site so couldn't answer specific questions, or sounded like AI chatbots. Sandra was the only one who seemed motivated to get her available units leased, but without being pushy or salesy. I had a great experience dealing with her.

I have been a resident since Oct 2019. I love my little porch which gets the morning sun. Mill Creek and the residents is very dog friendly. I love the trees and all the birds and squirrels that come with it, something which most complexes do not offer. The maintenance guys ROCK!! They have been quick to fix any issues even on the weekend!!!

I have had a great experience living here at The Willow. Maintenance is kind and timely. I rate maintenance 5 stars too! It feels like management really cares about their residents here, unlike some other apartments I’ve lived in before. The property manager reached out to me directly when I had an issue and was so kind I didn’t know what to do. The office team are always available, friendly and helpful. I continuously see projects being done to maintain and improve our community. I would definitely recommend it here.

Terrible experience. Upon moving in, we had to call maintenance several times due to 2 broken toilets, a leak in my ceiling, broken AC/heat, etc. Literally almost every single kitchen drawer face snapped off when pulling them open. Called maintenance for that, it broke again the next day. My dad fixed them and they never came off again. Good luck going to the pool, it’s closed 90% of the time. Rent was entirely too expensive for the quality of living we were provided.
