RENTERS BEWARE! The brokers that will show you the place are super nice and the great location is attractive but the problems begin the moment management steps in- just like some other reviews. The BIGGEST problem is the building Super who thinks he owns the building and has, at any point, had a conflict with at least half of the tenants occupying the building. Treats tenants like they live in a dorm, enforcing dumb rules at prime NYC rents. Seems to be totally unchecked by management and only getting worse.
!Horrible management! They make life extremely complicated for all of their tenants. Not a single time in which I thought they lend a helping hand. On the contrary, they extort their tenants whenever they feel like there is a way. DON’T MOVE IN if you can avoid it.
