Hello, for anyone searching for an apartment in the Arlington area, here is my review. This is a very long one, so scroll on if you don’t have the patience to read it. My apartment was completely renovated with brand new cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom. There was brand new flooring throughout in every room, brand new hardware fixtures on all the doors, to include closets, showers, and lighting. I was also impressed with the very large ceiling and floor trim. The apartment itself reminds me of a hotel. My lease began in September; however, it took me close to two months to move in.During those two months, and the following month of settling in, there were things I began to notice that needed attention. It has truly been a wonderful nine months living at Whitmore. If not for personal reasons, I would not be vacating my apartment. The Whitmore community is well maintained, and the staff consistently provides timely updates whenever there are building or area-related notices. The location is incredibly convenient—close to bus stops (with most major routes passing right in front), stores, restaurants, the mall, and set within a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. His level of organization, communication, and care for residents truly stood out. Before the snow even started, Samad was already informing us about what to expect and how the building would prepare. During the storm, he continued providing updates about timing, safety measures, and clearing plans, which made a stressful situation feel calm and well managed. We’ve had a positive experience living at The Whitmore so far. The building is clean, well maintained, and the community feels quiet and welcoming. The maintenance team has been responsive, and requests have been handled in a timely manner. The leasing and management team have also been professional and helpful. I’d especially like to mention Mr. Samad Fazli,who has been very responsive and supportive whenever we’ve had questions or needed assistance. Overall, we’re happy with our experience and appreciate the effort that goes into keeping the property comfortable and well managed.
