The Westerly

I would not recommend renting with this company. I leased an apartment with them for a year and a half and it was not a pleasant experience. They are supposed to be a luxury apartment complex and they are far from that. Things like door handles in common spaces would break and they would never fix them. The entry way to the building floor was always dirty. They had roaches. I paid my rent on time every month. I left the apartment in the exact manner it was given to me. There were no stains on the carpet or anything and they still kept my security deposit. I am now having a current legal battle with them over my security deposit. Please save yourself the headache and choose somewhere else to call home.

I recently moved into this property and highly recommend it. Thank you to the management team for running these apartment complexes. They are very kind and provide excellent service. The apartments are very nice, and I recommend living here.

Amazing staff and the leasing agent is tremendously helpful and informative! Awesome personality and a strong willingness to help me in my apartment search. Property is beautiful and welcoming and I can’t wait to start my lease here. Strongly recommend coming here and at-least checking the place out everyone here would probably be excited to help with that like they did me!

It has been a month since we moved in and it has been the best of the best so far!! Leasing agent that helped me was Bethany and made the whole moving process so smooth and easy for us! I can’t be more happy with the warmth of the westerly community from the front office worker to the maintenance! Everyone is always happy and very helpful! They have had several event in the lobby for holidays!! I love that for my kids. I am exited to see what the new year has to come here! We even set up our tree already we love our living room it so spacious! 🤗 Happy Holidays!🦃🎄

Bethany is amazing — so professional and sweet! She made my move-in super easy with clear communication the whole time. I absolutely love living here! The pool, 24/7 gym, and clubhouse make it such a fun and comfortable place to call home. Highly recommend!
