The Westerly Apartments

We have just renewed our Lease Agreement for the second time, and we continue to be very happy living in this community. It’s a great place to live, well maintained, and we truly feel at home here. This time, we were assisted by Samantha Roman, a Brazilian professional who was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Even though my husband and I speak English, it made a big difference to be assisted by someone who also speaks Portuguese, our native language. It made everything smoother, clearer, and more comfortable. We truly appreciate the support and professionalism, and we are happy to continue being part of this community. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartments themselves are beautiful and I love the location. The management, however, is not great. I ordered a package that was delivered to the mailroom, but was not there when I looked for it that evening. The package room itself is a mess with packages everywhere and absolutely no organization whatsoever. Every time you go in you have to sort through about 40 packages to find yours. They have notes on the door that say they have cameras - but they refused to assist with locating my package unless I had a photo of it in the package room. It’s been 4 days since the delivery and I have still not located my package and they have not helped.

I recently visited a friend at Westerly Apartments during one of their resident events, and I was genuinely impressed by the community. Stephanie and Apollonia were so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Their professionalism and warm hospitality really set the tone. The event was well put together and gave my friend and me a great chance to meet other residents. Everyone we talked to was friendly, and it really showed how strong and connected the community is at Westerly Apartments. After visiting, I can definitely see why my friend enjoys living here so much. It’s a wonderful place!

I’m sorry I just have to rave about this Valentine’s Day Event I attended on Saturday. I went to it with my two kids, and it was honestly such a beautiful event. Stephanie and Apollonia with Apartment Life truly went above and beyond. The Italian food was so good, and the desserts bar was amazing. I remember seeing these two girls decorating up until the start time and smiling the entire time while doing it, they genuinely looked happy to be there lol. I mean at this point I feel like I’m going to a friends house to hangout. They literally had a chocolate fountain, and then strawberries on sticks that looked roses. The details are so thoughtful. I can always tell when Apollonia and Stephanie are having an event, the quality is 10/10. The decorations was so cute, the live artist was GREAT,

The apartments themselves are nice, but the management is exactly what you would expect in a poorly run complex. One of the biggest issues is the package situation. Deliveries are simply thrown into a room with no organization or security, which means if you don’t grab your package immediately there’s a good chance someone else will take it. You’ll also notice that most negative reviews get the same generic response asking you to call a phone number or send an email. In reality, that leads nowhere. It seems more like an attempt to look responsive in public rather than actually solve the problems residents are dealing with.
