The Westbrook at Brewer's Row

I lived at The Westbrook at Brewers Row for two years and overall had a great experience. The location is one of its biggest strengths — it sits right next door to Hardywood, offers easy access to several routes through the city and out of the city, and is a short walk from the current and new baseball stadiums. I went to a lot of games while living there, and with the new stadium being built, next season will be even better. My apartment was brand new when I moved in, and the balcony/view were easily my favorite part of living there! I could stay there for hours. The amenities are solid as well. I highly recommend Brian King, the assistant property manager. He did an amazing job assisting me, especially with rental assistance, and made me feel a lot better about my situation. I also really appreciate the apartment and the professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend this place!

Toured here recently and I want to say that Jordan did a phenomenal job on my tour, very knowledgeable of the property, numbers and more. It was a joy to have such a great experience touring at the westbrook. Also, all those that were on the team in office were very nice and helpful.

I absolutely love living here - I don’t have to pay for a gym anymore, Hardywood Brewery is right next store with cheap drinks, the neighborhood is very walkable for my older dog - we couldn’t be happier here! The staff is extremely kind and attentive and even throws fun resident events like pool parties, giving away tickets to local events, and contests for everyone throughout the year! A special thank you to the leasing staff for helping us find our Richmond home.

I was looking at multiple apartments today due to a new job opportunity in Richmond. Westbrook was everything I was looking for and more! Jordan, the property manager, gave me and my friend a tour. He was very informative and upfront, which we really appreciated. I LOVED the amenities, the clubhouse genuinely blew me away. The apartments were also amazing, the closet was spacious, the living room/natural light was beautiful, and that’s just the start of how great I believe it to be. Although I haven’t started my application yet and I’m still considering my options, this is definitely my top 2.
