The West Park License Bureau/ Ohio BMV

Always a problem at this location. Every time I go they go out of their way to be difficult and time-consuming. It’s the only time any of these employees can feel powerful so they have to act like petty little despots to the people they are paid to help. Edited to add: It started the moment an employee unlocked the door and said in an extremely rude tone “You people have nothing better to do than wait here on a pretty day” as if we want to be lined up outside the BMV.

Once again the Ohio DMV office at Warren Village, Edgecliff in Cleveland win all the kudos. The staff are caring, courteous, friendly and genuine. Nice to deal with real people when renewing license or plates, etc. ‘cause you always have questions that an on-line kiosk can’t answer! They do passport photos also - a real plus! Not crowded and they move you through the process quickly! Please consider renewing in person to keep this facility open!

I don’t know why this specific location is so bad, but I have never left satisfied. Every individual, over the last 5 years of using this location, has been incredibly rude and unprofessional. It feels as if they go out of their way to be rude and belittle you when they should be offering help and clarification. Many times my requests are met with “that can’t be done, that’s not possible” but when going to another location it actually can be. They do whatever they please ant this location and treat customers like a nuisance. Just drive somewhere else, you’ll be happier.

They are closed on holidays. Apparently it asking too much to have this more clearly stated. It says they are open til 5 today and then in beige barely noticible type "Martin Luther King Day may affect these hours." They are closed holidays!

Went in to get my license renewed. Very quick and smooth comparing to north Olmsted location which once I stood for hours…this place is very convenient. The workers I came across were nice too!
