The Wesley Apartments

I enjoyed my stay, place is clean and very beautiful, very centric and less than 2 minutes from Seaworld and Discovery Cove. The rates are reasonable according to inflation nowadays, also this area is the tourism area reason why prices might be a little steep but it is understandable. Other apartments are more expensive than The Wesley, I truly recommend it, service is exceptional staff very friendly and helpful. Good job!! Keep the good work.

Lived here for about a year now , it’s very nice and affordable but I wanna say the issue with these apartments is the plumbing. In a year they’ve had to shut our water off 3 times already for “plumbing issues”. Having to go hours/days without water in your own home is extremely concerning. These plumbing issues makes me wonder how old/clean the water pipes are for this apartment complex. I am currently dealing with the 3rd water outage this year. It would be nice to know the reason for these plumbing issues.

Don’t move here. Rent is so high for no reason. It’s a joke. Having a patio that you can’t even sit because it’s not screened in so enjoy the mosquito. God forbid you clean your patio without the bottom neighbor complaining. Forget parking!!! People who live there don’t even have a sticker but don’t get tolled park. Yet the office wants us to take pictures and informed them…. Ummm that’s why you have maintenance guy who can do that since they work for you. I’ve been there 1 year and they always say they will work on it. They love to lie just to stall. There is trash always all over. Never dog bags to collect the poop but they love to send an email saying poop is not being collected. Again they have maintenance guys who don’t even fill the bag box. They walk around and do nothing. Carlos
