Please save yourself the hassle, the money, the time you will spend on these apartments. Not only are they pricey, (they have nice views) but they don't tell you about the package/mail theft, they don't tell you about the lack of physical security there is, the lack of admin prescence in the building is astonishing, the fact we have to wait very long for repairs, the fact that I got stuck 2ce in the elevator in less than a year.. I decided to give this place a chance and at first it was okay, but the apartments smell of cigarettes they don't enforce cigarette policies here and practically smells of ashtray in some units to the point it reaches hallways and MY apartment too! Someone who has a key to the building stole my new bike from the bike storage of the building. I filed a police report in two months ago, and told the management. I was hoping to check the footage but the management is saying conflicting information about the footage. I just wanted to check who stole my bike because it was invaluable to me. I hope the future management will help the residents better… Sheila who was in the previous management was so kind and so nice, I hope she will come back.

Horrible experience. Their offered system Flex is horrific. It is supposed to allow residents to split their rent into two payments. When it does work, the amount isn't accurate. When it doesn't work, there is no notice given until residents are given a notice to evict, charged fees, and required to pay in certified funds (additional fees). If that isn't bad enough, the apartment itself is subpar- closet doors don't work, bathroom light fixture is broken. Staff couldn't care less if they tried. Add to that an incredibly rude staff and the overall experience is nightmarish. None of this was an issue with the previous management company and has soured us on ever leasing from Mission Rock again.

I recently toured this community while visiting from out of state, as I’m planning a move for a potential job opportunity at a nearby hospital this upcoming spring. I can say wholeheartedly, out of all the communities I toured, this is by far the one I loved the most! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I was very impressed with the amenities, especially the underground parking garage! I toured two different apartment layouts, both featuring spacious wrap-around patios with beautiful mountain views. Overall, I was really pleased with my experience and look forward to applying here in early 2026!

I am a resident of Wellshire apartments and am very grateful to have Sheila Haas as our on site manager. During our transition to a new management company she has been the consistent person to help us. Sheila is wonderful and always willing to help. She acts on requests quickly and helps to resolve any issue. She is an advocate for the residents. I give her 5 stars and would give her more if I could. Laurie Hewitt
