Michael should fired she fake not helpful worst attitude ever , she’s clearly just Shows up to get free money , she got into my personal business calling my Girlfriend and told her about my knee girlfriend influence her to remove her self off my least . Which i paid on time every month . Still got me put out . The apartment has a bad mold problem 817 building 2 is terrible!! The maintenance guys don’t like to work very dirty around the trashy wouldn’t recommend no one to live here

The lawn service company you guys have need to be fired and replaced. I don’t know how long they’ve been working for you guys. But they do a horrible job they Never use the weedeater around the back of the apartments. I’ve noticed they only do it around the office and the pool area. This is ridiculous. Not one time since I’ve been working for you guys. Have they weed eat it the back area of my apartment. And this barbecue has been back here for about four years.

I have to update this review. Now we have been living at the Waves for 3 years now and the honeymoon period is over it is just a convenience. To begin with the office staff NEVER answers the phone. If there is a maintenance problem you have to go to the main office. The new manager seems to be trying to improve the property. Still the unsightly unsightly trash cans are left at front of the doors 99% of the time; even though it is a violation as per the leasing contracts. Management does nothing to remove them from the front doors. Trash sits from Friday thru Sunday There is no trash pick up from Friday through Sunday. We come have neighbors trash at the entrance. The apartments are advertised at one price & changed to another when you come & ask for the same price ; somehow

I have been living at The Waves for 5 years. Which speak for it self when I say this place has been beyond amazing. The entire staff are professional, including the maintenance team. Any issue I have is handled in a timely manner. A special thank you to the assistant property manager Michele Williams for as busy as she is, she always make time to see that my needs are met. Thank you for making me feel safe living in this community.
