The Waverton

I love living at the Waverton in Secaucus, New Jersey! I first moved in 2023, left New York and came back last year. The apartments are spacious, with great amenities. The view is the icing on the cake. The management team is professional, courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. The community is welcoming. The building is super clean, well-run and repairs are done quickly and efficiently. I am leaving the US for other career opportunities abroad but I strongly recommend the Waverton. A big thank you to Ariana, Paul and Mike. 🌷🙌🏾 💫

Loving my new apartment with river view at The Waverton! Prime Secaucus location has easy access to NJ turnpike, PATH trains to NYC, and a quick drive to Hoboken's vibrant scene. Amenities are amazing specially the gym and game room! A huge shoutout goes to the leasing manager Paul Cooper who is responsive and always welcoming. Ask for him If you're touring, he'll make you feel right at home.! Highly recommend!

My partner and I recently moved in to our new apartment here at Waverton and couldn't be happier. Our managers, Paul and Araina, made the process really easy. The maintenance manager, Michael has been incredibly responsive with our questions. Our dog loves looking out at each morning and seeing his friends and neighbors strolling by. We look forward to calling the Waverton home.

I’ve been living at the Waverton for the last year and half and all I have to say is that management here has been amazing! From quick turn around on maintenance requests, to friendly staff, to community events in the building, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living here. The neighborhood feels very safe and the building is very well taken care of in terms of cleanliness and being up to date with repairs whenever needed.

Such a nice apartment complex! Had a very smooth move-in process, and the staff was so helpful the entire time! Paul, Jimmy, and Michael were all a huge help in my first week of moving there! Complex has great security, amenities are awesome, and everyone is nice and friendly. Hallways are kept extremely clean too!
