The Waverly Apartments

Thanks to the exceptional efforts of the property manager, Sabrina my move into Waverly Apartments has been an incredibly positive experience. I feel welcomed and comfortable in my new home, and a large part of that is due to her outstanding service. I would highly recommend Waverly Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming community, largely due to the professionalism and dedication of Sabrina the property manager. I am posting this review in my personal capacity to document events using public records and first-hand experience. Timeline: On June 30, 2024, I began renting from Align Communities, at "The Waverly." From the moment I took possession of the unit, until the present, Align Communities has been in blatant violation of my lease and numerous Florida statutes. On January 10, 2026, I began informing other tenants—using publicly available State of Florida records—how to independently verify apartment license status, preserve documents, and file complaints if they chose to do so. I did not provide legal advice, represent myself as an attorney, or act on behalf of any employer or tenant. They’ve been doing constant renovations on empty apartments since the first week of January. Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm they’re drilling, hammering and sawing. There’s no quiet. Not to mention they’re constantly shutting my water off without notice to work on the plumbing in those units. It’s made me late for work multiple times.

Very easy process to move in, the staff are all very nice and easy to work with! They respond very quickly as well. Wonderful experience so far and very nice place to live.
