The Wave Beachfront Apartments

Moved in a few months ago and it was the perfect choice. A beautiful view of the ocean right across the street. The entire place was just recently renovated. If you want to be close to the ocean in a cute beach town, this is the place for you. This is a sunrise view from our outdoor patio.

Steven Zimmermann and his mom Carol lived here. I knew them both very well and visited their home here frequently. It was very nice and had a beautiful view of the ocean. I know the Zimmermanns agreed but they both passed now.

My name is Mike McCalman, and I am a new resident of the Wave Beachfront Apartments (having moved into a furnished apartment in mid-May). Situated on the quiet street of Wavecrest Avenue, this is the ideal location for accessing the private beach of Indialantic, with little car traffic to speak of, despite being one street away from A1A's fairly steady traffic. It has also been ideal for scenes of the ocean throughout the course of the day from my second-floor unit, should I choose to remain on my balcony or in the living room. The management here has been quite accommodating, neighbors polite and welcoming, and the complex's landscaping and interior decks / patios tastefully designed (... with more on the way, so I was initially informed).
