The Waters at Bluebonnet

Moving to The Waters has definitely been a transition. We are currently working to address the noise coming from the road, and we’re hopeful that this will be resolved soon. That said, Maggie, Kim, Rachel, Allison, Mike, and Chris have all been outstanding. The head of maintenance is truly a rock star and consistently goes above and beyond. The property itself is very nice, and we are in a three-bedroom apartment that fits our needs well. The clubhouse and amenities are always clean and smell fresh every time you walk in, which really speaks to the care and pride taken in the community. One unique feature we truly enjoy is the on-site Starbucks exclusively for residents—something we’ve never seen before. We would absolutely recommend taking a tour and checking out The Waters for yourself

My husband and I have had the BEST experience at the Waters at Bluebonnet! Our one bedroom layout is perfect for what we need in this season of life! The appliances are so new and clean. We love our porch so much :) We’ve had very few maintenance issues but when we do, the maintenance team is extremely quick to come fix the issue and they do so with kindness! They are awesome!!! The Waters team hosts so many fun events for residents such as movie nights and pool days! They go above and beyond to make these very special! It truly is such a great community! Not to mention you can walk to get coffee or hot chocolate (my personal favorite) at any time from the clubhouse! We have used the game room and the gym and they are both great amenities! Resort-style living in the heart of the city? Yes, please! We’re loving it here, not just for the vacation vibes, but for so many thoughtful details: ✅ Approachable, genuinely friendly, and responsive management (special mention to Allison, Maggie, Jacob, Sharon, Michael from Maintenance) ✅ Welcoming neighbors (even the pups are social!) ✅ Gated and well-lit (safe for late-night dog walks ✅ Pool, clubhouse, mailroom & fitness room: all phone-accessed! ✅ Fenced-in dog park = happy pup life ✅ Gorgeous clubhouse (we’ve already enjoyed one fun event and can’t wait for more) ✅ Our balcony is our cozy retreat ✅ Scenic ponds + aesthetic views = daily “ahhh” moments ✅ Free snacks and Starbucks coffee at the Clubhouse (my 11-year-old saw that on our tour and said, “Deal’s closed. We’re living here!

Allison was amazing today. She definitely knew her stuff. Can't wait to make this place home... Maggie was also very professional and friendly. What a great staff!!!
