I like the friendliness and professionalism of the management staff. Maintenance issues are handled well within a reasonable timeframe. I have great respectful neighbors in a good quiet area.

Best apartment I lived in while I was in Oklahoma. Shoutout to Kendall, who manages the front desk. She is very communicative and responsive with residents, and even messaged us when we had packages. Highly recommend this complex.

My stay here at Warrington has been nothing short of great. The office staff has been caring and professional. Parking has also been excellent, with no issues. I have been living here for almost four years and have experienced minimal problems in my apartment. When issues do arise, maintenance work orders are promptly attended to. Management and office staff are professional, friendly, and patient always willing to help or provide information, as well as keeping Me informed . Lastly, the landscaping of the grounds is tended to daily and always looks great.

This is my favorite apt that I’ve lived in since moving to OKC 14yrs ago. I feel safe & listened to here. Everyone is amazing & so helpful. I absolutely love my neighbors; we all look out for each other. I’m so grateful a former coworker recommended this place to me.

The Staff at Warrington are amazing. They truly care about us the Residents. They do everything they can to address issues with grace and kindness. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly and professionally. Most work orders are completed within 24 hours . The property is clean and well maintained. I love living here. I feel heard and safe.
