The Vyne On Central

Living at the Vyne is a great opportunity to enjoy the fun of Plaza Midwood without paying the insane prices of the apartments actually in the center of it. I feel safe enough to walk around the area surrounding the apartment itself. It isn't perfect, but it's not bad and there is a surprising amount of hidden trails and beautiful neighborhoods to explore. As for the apartment itself, everything from the construction to appliances is really cheap, but I guess that's just the standard these days and is not the current owner's fault. The deck is nice and large and the space is kept nice enough to be able to enjoy being outside. I had a great time living here and any maintenance requests were answered quickly and efficiently. You never feel like an after thought.

My partner and I had the pleasure of living at this complex for a little over a year. The property manager, Erika, is an angel! She is extremely helpful, kind, and communicative. Unfortunately due to work circumstances, we relocated and needed to break our lease. In hopes to avoid penalty fees, I sought out Erika for advice on our options. She was very informative, patient, and understanding of our situation. While we did end up having to pay the fees, Erika's patience and kindness made the blow a little softer for sure! Woodward, if you are reading this, please give Erika a raise! She absolutely deserves it for her hard work and care put into The Vyne on Central!

I have lived at The Vyne on Central for over 2 years, and have been very pleased with my experience here so far. The office is always responsive and my maintenance requests are always completed quickly. I really appreciate that Chris (our maintenance director) communicates updates on my work orders when applicable. I love the size and layout of my current apartment (1 bedroom), and the 2 bedroom unit that I used to live in was beautiful! The apartment feels so spacious and the balcony is perfect for relaxing. Everyone is generally pretty friendly and I have felt safe living here. Our common areas are also well kept, and the pool is great! Overall, I have been happy living here and any concerns I’ve had are always resolved quickly. I plan to continue to live here for the foreseeable future,

I lived here for five years off and on with my partner. There were several car break ins and not much recourse if you were unlucky enough to be a victim (there aren’t any cameras on the property.) There’s no fitness center. My daughter and I had a bad experience with the guy that lives in the unit directly over the leasing office. He’s an older man with a veteran ball cap. I caught him watching us from the window and it was quite obvious what he was up to. We were very grossed out and reported him immediately. The current leasing agent wasn’t the one in charge then, but I don’t believe the agent at that time did anything bc his blinds stayed open constantly. I regret not calling the police, but I was too concerned with being labeled a Karen:( the current leasing agent Erica was really eff

We have been living here for over a year, the new property management company is amazing. Courtney always answers emails or calls quickly and Chris handles all work orders quickly and if possible in the same day! We have moved to a different unit and we truly love our community it is an oasis in plaza midwood. I would highly suggest anyone who could get in this neighborhood to do so.
