The Vue

This is John and Maggie at the Vue in Overland Park, KS. Some time ago we decided to sell the house, downsize and find an apartment in the right location and one that would make us proud. Finally we discovered the Vue. We loved it being in downtown Overland Park and immediately knew we would love the building. This was many months ago. But, we faced a problem. There was one specific floor plan we wanted but it was not available. We knew the Vue was what we wanted so we hung in there and waited. About six weeks ago we were told one of the units we wanted would become available and with excitement we said yes. We will be moving the first week of March. Just a quick word about Dave. Dave is the “Go to” guy when you have an issue with any trouble in your apartment at the VUE in Overland Park. There have been few issues since I moved in about a year ago. But here’s an example from earlier this weekend. I went to the office to report that my toilet seat was broken. Within the hour, Dave was there and installed a new seat. He’s efficient, but he’s just a really nice guy, too! When we had a major water line problem months ago ( I think the fault of the city) , Dave was on site day and night it seemed until the water line was fixed and water restored. I lived at the Vue with my dog for just under 2 years and it was a great experience! The staff at the Vue was the best staff I have seen living in apartments. The office staff always greeted you with a smile and my dog absolutely adored them (maybe some treat bribes were involved). The maintenance staff was very prompted at responding to issues and resolving the issue. I would highly recommend living at the Vue!!!

I am absolutely loving living here at the Vue. My daughter and I moved in this past November and Leigh made the tour so welcoming and I immediately knew I loved it here. I also have to say I have never had a maintenance guy quite like Dave! My daughter and I accidentally got locked out of our apartment and at 1:30 in the morning Dave jumped up and was on his way to come help us! The community here is amazing and my every resident here is so nice to my little girl. We love it here and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon :)

There are plenty of nice apartment complexes to chose from all of which have nice amenities. The difference here comes down to staff. The crew at The Vue is unparalleled. Their professionalism, care and concern for the quality of their work truly shows. Leigh is extremely warm, welcoming and authentic! Dave is extremely quick to respond to any needs you have and a consummate professional. The team here makes the difference, love living here!
