The Vue on Seamist Apartments

Lowlife neighborhood. Not safe area. Homeless people dig through the trash dumpsters, homeless people all around the area. Loud bangs/explosions in the middle of the night. The dog spa room had its glass window smashed open with a rock. Also someone busted the small glass window on a dryer in laundry room, assuming to steal. Police cars in the complex FREQUENTLY. Lowlife teenagers break into the pool areas and smoke and cause trouble even though they do not live in the complex. Pool furniture constantly thrown into the pool. Rocks and dirt are even thrown into the pools by the troubling teenagers. Absolutely disgusting. Which by the way, the apartment staff themselves don’t seem to care about it whatsoever. They seem completely numb to this all. Theft is frequent here. I’ve had my packages

Apartments are very disgusting, maintenance never come, they made me pay for things that could’ve been fix when asked. Multiple work orders maintenance never came to fix, charged me after I moved out 0/10 I do not recommend moving into these apartments.

Rubi and Wynter both made our move in process before and after great they are fast workers very reliable and professional this has been the easiest most pleasant move me in my daughter have had so far thanks to Rubi and Wynter both I highly recommend.

The property managers here are great and work very hard at maintaining the apartments here, the maintenance always respond quickly. There is onsight security services here. The vue is a decent place to live.

Very professional and kind staff Every time I’ve interacted with the office and management team at The Vue at Seamist, they’ve been extremely kind, respectful, and professional. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the property well-run and welcoming. You can tell they really care about their community.
