The Vue Apartments complex

I've lived here a little over a month now. The pros are it's a small gated complex. Neighbors all keep to themselves. Everything inside was new when I moved in and that included appliances. Small backyard for the 2 bedrooms apartments. The cons is the walls are thin where you can hear your neighbors. The parking lot is small so most people have to reverse in to park. ***The biggest complaint I have is I was told I would get a $300 Amazon gift card by the lady that was working the complex. Daisy was nice and showed me the complex but as soon as I moved in she stopped answering my calls and text. The day of the lease signing she told me to contact her with any issues and she would stop by with the gift card and mailbox keys. I haven't heard from her since even after multiple calls, text mess

I love these apartments. So quite and I feel safe here. I would recommend them to anyone.

They were great until Peak Investment Properties sold them. The new owners don't care about loyalty or how long you've lived there without any problems. They only care about money. The bought it and double your rent or kicked you out as soon as your lease was up. They were wonderful, not anymore. 🫤

Friends moved here from the place right nextdoor to the Vue, people it's like night and day. Beautifully updated and renovated. A beautiful townhome style apartment! 5 stars for the Vue and 1 star for the dump and slum Lord next-door!

I'm not very fond of this apartment complex prices are kind of high and they're being raised and the neighborhoods not that wonderful for the price they want. I had a friend that just who left that apartment complex so I got to see it from the inside out. All in all it's just an old apartment complex they're trying to dazzle up from the front but not that great..
