The Vixen

Emily was so helpful when I stopped by The Vixen to check out the new property for some clients! She took the time to walk me through everything and pointed out which units would be the best fits. The community has so many great floor plans — something for everyone — and the three different color schemes make it stand out from a lot of other buildings in Denver. All of the staff were super kind and welcoming too! I’m really excited to start bringing clients by to tour with Emily and Cora. This is definitely going to be a great new addition to Cheesman Park!

This is such a wonderful place! So great living downtown in such a great community and building. Emily was absolutely wonderful, she took her time with us and allowed us to check everything out. Some of the common areas when we visited weren't completed but they sent out new announcements to let us know when things are done and to check out the new stuff. Like the gym that is absolutely amazing!!! Also I would like to give another shout out to I think his name is Eddie. He is a fantastic maintenance lead/tech always says hello and all around just nice. Such a wonderful place to call home.

This building is a 10/10 and on top of that, I loved working with Cora!! She was super friendly and easy to talk to. She greeted me with such a nice smile and made sure to ask if I needed water or anything before we started the tour. The whole experience of the tour felted relaxed but still knowledgeable. I felt like she really helped me narrow down my options and made me feel heard & understood. Definitely one of the best leasing experiences I’ve had! Mind you this building is huge. So much character and it’s in such a walkable area to so many things. Great food and tons of shops nearby!

I’ve had such a great experience at The Vixen Apartments! The building itself is beautiful — modern, clean, and in a great location. But what really made the difference was Emily. She’s incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping residents and prospects. She went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and enjoyable. If you’re considering moving here, definitely reach out to Emily — she’s the best!

From the time I started exploring the Vixen apartments until the time I moved in, Cora Vidal took great care of me. Her tour was thorough, professional and she did not put pressure. I required a great deal of communication as I was selling my house in order to relocate to Denver and she was very responsive making all of the transition plan so much easier as I was back and forth due to the inspection and closing of my home. Since I moved into the Vixen the staff at the front desk has been so kind, professional and helpful. The amenities at the Vixen are AMAZING. My adult kids love to visit and join in the community events. It has truly been the best place I could have landed as I navigated so many life changes. Highly recommend Cora and the Vixen! The rest of the team are just fantastic!
