The Vistas at Villa Bella Apartments

Moved from out of state earlier this year. The application and move in process was stress free thanks to Kris and Cierra. Our rental was damaged, no fault to the property. Again the staff went above and beyond to get us settled in another unit. We love the property and staff here.

I have lived in these apartments for the past 3 years. I attend CSU Pueblo, and these have been the perfect apartments for my friends and I. The management has always been kind & helpful. Cierra was a huge help in getting our current lease finalized, so my friends and I can finish college and live together. So many memories have been made in my apartment, and I plan to make many more here!

So far we’ve had a great experience living in this townhome community. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and feels safe, which is important to me and my family. The homes are well-maintained, and any maintenance issues I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. I appreciate how friendly and respectful Cierra and Management are, it really gives the community a welcoming feel. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby stores, parks, and schools. Overall, I’m happy to call this place my home :)

I love this place. It is a little small with no yard but it is my home. It is a welcoming community and the staff is so nice! The house is cute and you make it your own! I do wish there was a security service (like cameras) to help with some safety but overall it is very safe. I love that it is by the university and other schooling for younger kids, but as a college student it has been SO convenient.

I have updated my review from 1 star to 5 stars. After my last review, all of the issues I had have been addressed and resolved. Kris & Sierra have been extremely helpful & friendly. The new maintenence team is on top of their job. Everyone is very professional 👌. The property is maintained on a routine basis. When it snows, maintenence is on top of it! They make sure to scrape the sidewalks up to the door. 🩵 Kris will kindly address your issues and resolve them quickly. I am happy living here and just renewed my lease.
