The Vistas At Dreaming Creek

Ive been resident here for 2years now and I have no complaints. The office staff is so nice and generous to the kids that live here giving them snacks from the office when getting off bus in the evening and holidays they are sure to throw a celebration for the tenants. I love it here!

I was looking for somewhere to live while going to law school. This was the only place that had a real person answering the phone. As probably one of their youngest tenants, Vistas gave me a shot with a great deal on rent. My neighbors are great and the disturbance for such close proximity is LOW. I am a night owl studier, but I have never felt unsafe walking to and from my car at 10 or 11pm, nor at 6 or 7am. They always have some sort of event going on to build community, whether it’s a pool party or Halloween get-together. There are a ton of kids running around but they are super polite and keep the noise down past dark. If there’s ever an issue, I shoot an email or text to Sarah or Tina. Just moved out a few weeks ago after 4 years at Grand Vistas. Good, kind, and quiet neighbors in bldg 1100. Maintenance is good, office manager is responsive and was very helpful to me. Not many apartments in Lynchburg have garages attached to the apt bldg, so that was great. Would definitely live here again.

Living here has been wonderful, the staff is so helpful and friendly and maintenence is very quick to respond to any issue you may have (which isn't many at all). Love it here!
