He explains what he’s doing, keeps the area clean, and is always friendly and professional. It’s reassuring to know the maintenance of the building is in such capable hands. The Vista Apartments in San Antonio really impressed me as a potential renter. The community is well kept, the grounds are clean, and the amenities are a huge plus — everything from the pool to the fitness center shows that the property is taken care of with pride. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern, with layouts that feel practical and welcoming. On top of all that, I have to give a big shout-out to Carolyn! She has been incredibly supportive during my search, answering questions quickly and making sure I had all the details I needed. Her professionalism and genuine care reflect the quality of the property itself. Between the community and the staff, The Vista feels like a place I’d be proud to call home

This apartment complex and its management are a complete joke. When it comes to safety and security, this property fails miserably. First, many areas around the buildings are in complete darkness at night because the outdoor safety lights are broken and NEVER replaced. This creates a dangerous environment for all tenants walking outside after dark, especially women who may feel vulnerable stepping out alone. The lack of lighting creates the perfect environment for potential crime. The worst part? It’s such a simple fix, yet management refuses to do anything about it. Second, the gates are always broken, allowing anyone to enter the property freely. As a result, not one, but two vehicles had their wheels and tires stolen—and management still refuses to fix the gates. They do not care abou
